Ticketing and Passes
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets are generally available for purchase by Tuesday evening for Friday openings. Tickets for some movies may be available further in advance depending on studio release dates.
What does it mean if a showtime is greyed out?
If a showtime is greyed out, it is past the showtime and tickets are no longer available.
What does "no passes" or "special engagement" mean?
Some types of passes can’t be used for newly released movies. The restriction generally applies to the first ten days of a movie’s release. Check the back of your movie pass for restrictions, and always look for the "No Passes" or "Special Engagement" description next to movie titles. Passes marked PROMO or RADIO PROMO can be used at any time.
What are the ages for Child and Senior tickets?
A Child ticket is for ages 2 to 11 and a Senior ticket is 60+. Children under 2 who do not require a seat are free.
What are your film ratings policies?

Fox Theatres supports and enforces the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) rating system, with additional restrictions at Fox Berkshire:

Rated G:
General Audiences – all ages admitted
Rated PG:
Parental Guidance Suggested – some material may not be suitable for children
Rated PG-13:
Parents Strongly Cautioned – some material may be inappropriate for children under 13
Fox Berkshire – Children under 8 will not be admitted to PG-13  Rated movies after 9 PM
Rated R:
Restricted – under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian,
Fox Berkshire – Children under 12 will not be admitted to R-Rated movies at any time
Rated NC-17:
No one 17 and under admitted
Do you provide a Military discount?
Yes! Fox Theatres is proud to offer a Military discount to all active and retired Military members. Present your government-issued Military ID at the box office when purchasing tickets, and receive $1.00 off evening general admission prices.
What should I do if I bought tickets for the wrong time/movie/theater?

How do I redeem a ticket if I don't receive email confirmation?
When you come to the theater the day of the movie, bring the credit card used to buy the tickets to the box office or info desk and we'll print your tickets.
What is your refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded at the box office before showtime, minus the service fee.

It appears that I've been charged twice for the same tickets.
Your bank may place a pending hold on funds for each transaction, regardless of whether tickets were purchased. These holds usually drop off in one to three business days, depending on the bank’s policy. Fox Theatres does not have the ability to release a pending hold; the only entity that can do so is the issuing card’s bank.

Reserve your recliners online to make sure your group sits together. Find your movie and showtime, choose the exact seats you want on the seating chart and checkout.

What are Fox Rewards?
The Fox Rewards program is a great way to receive free concessions and tickets just by going to your favorite movies! Enroll for free and earn 1 point for every dollar spent at the box office or concession stand. Simply present your rewards card before purchasing to earn points. Use your card in person at the theater or when you buy tickets online.
How do I join Fox Rewards?
To sign up for the Fox Rewards program, request a rewards card on your next visit to any Fox Theatres location. Register the card at the theater or on our rewards page here and you are ready to start earning points.
How do Fox Rewards points work?
Present your rewards card before purchasing to earn points. Use your card in person at the theater or when you buy tickets online. Each points level earns you a new reward.
  • • 100 points = Free Candy of Your Choice
  • • 250 points = Free Any Size Soda/Icee
  • • 500 points = Free Regular Pretzel Nuggets OR Nachos with Cheese
  • • 750 points = Free Any Size Popcorn
  • • 1000 points = Free 2D Movie Ticket
This rewards pattern is repeated once 1000 points are earned.

Are assistive listening devices available?
Assistive Listening Devices are available at all Fox Theatres locations. Ask at the box office for assistive listening headsets, audio description headsets and closed captioning devices. Please note that not all movies are compliant with closed captions and/or audio descriptions. Look for showtimes with audio description or closed captioning labels, or ask our staff for assistance.
What are Open Captions?
Open Captions are similar to subtitles - a text display of dialogue and descriptions appears on the movie screen. Captions appear on the bottom of the big screen for the entire movie. Learn more here.

I’m at the theater and my seat wont recline.
Contact theater staff immediately. It's most likely a simple fix and then you can enjoy your movie in reclined comfort.

To be considered for donation of movie passes for charitable purposes, email the request on your organization’s letterhead here, or mail it to Fox Theatres corporate office at PO Box 379, Bowmansville, PA 17507. Once a request is submitted, it will be considered for donation - Donation is not guaranteed. Fox Theatres does not donate gift cards.
